On February 7 2020 Connie Carnabuci (Year 12 1980 ) and Anne Field (Social Science Department 1977-2011) met for a lovely lunch at the Old Vienna Coffee House in the Queen Victoria Building .
Lunch concluded with a lovely serving of apple strudel, ice cream and a pot of tea!
The catch up passed by so quickly, as we had so much news to catch up on – Hong Kong , Connie’s job, family news, and my life after St George Girls in working with the written word, along with my guest talks on my 2016 published Moorefield Racecourse Kogarah book , and my 2013 You Tube, Anne’s Adventure-Message in Bottle.
We mentioned some of the 1980 girls, and Carolyn O’Connor’s latest production,” Nine to Five. “
Connie turned up wearing her black leather trousers. Alas, my infamous purple leather pants, which were purchased in Amsterdam in January 1980, were at home!
